Our Sustainability Ambition
We are committed to conducting our business in a way that contributes to a sustainable society, a healthy planet, and a resilient economy. Our sustainability efforts are guided by internationally recognized frameworks and initiatives, including:

Environment & Climate
We take responsibility for our environmental and climate impact and work to reduce both our direct and indirect emissions in line with the Paris Agreement. Through improved logistics, more efficient transportation, fossil-free alternatives, and resource-efficient product development, we strive to reduce our climate footprint.
We focus on long-term product relevance, sustainable material choices, increased circularity, and reduced waste. Collaboration with suppliers and partners is an important part of our efforts to drive sustainable development across the entire value chain.
Social Responsibility
We aim to be an inclusive and responsible employer, offering a safe, secure, and supportive working environment. We promote fair working conditions, good health and safety, and open dialogue within the organisation.

Common Framework & Local Responsibility
The sustainability policy serves as Salix Group’s common framework for how we conduct sustainability work at the group level. In addition, each group company carries out its own sustainability initiatives, adapted to its operations, conditions, and material sustainability issues – aligned with the group’s overall ambitions and principles.
