Sustainability is a precondition for long-term, profitable growth. This is important for us, and our sustainability work is a natural part of the working day in our businesses. It might involve small behavioural changes that, in the long term, have a significant positive impact, as well as more comprehensive initiatives.

Social and environmental responsibility.

The companies within Salix Group conduct their sustainability work independently based on our common framework. The sustainability work is based on:

• The United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI).
• OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
• The ten principles for responsible business according to the UN Global Compact.

These regulate, among other things, how each business takes into account ethics and responsibility for social, environmental factors, factors related to corporate governance and more.
