Salix Management Program
Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and aspire to a future leadership role? Do you hold a university degree, have at 1-3 years of relevant professional experience?
Through the Salix Management Program, we annually offer a select group of driven and curious talents the opportunity to expand their capabilities, strengthen valuable networks, and take the next step toward a management career.
With an entrepreneurial mindset and ambitions to become a business leader, the Salix Management Program (SMP) is designed for individuals ready to accelerate their professional journey.
The program combines hands-on work, strategic projects, and structured training through two project assignments within Salix Group portfolio companies, as well as an additional rotation at the headquarters in Malmö, Sweden.
Throughout the program, you will be supported by a senior executive mentor from Salix, and an SMP alumnus will share practical insights and advice based on their own experience.
Nordic Management Program
Salix Group operates primarily across the Nordic region but due to where we have our local entities and need, we are now looking for candidates interested in:
- Sweden – primarily south of Sweden
- Norway – primarily around Oslo-area
- Denmark/Jutland – primarily around east Jutland
However, the two rotations at Salix companies included in the program take place at different locations within your country. Therefore, you are expected to be able to relocate during the program period. Naturally, we will take your preferred place of residence into account and after the program we jointly decide which company within the group will become your target company.
Who are we looking for?
To qualify for the program, you should have:
- an academic degree, for example in engineering, business administration, or law
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, such as management consulting, business development, or a line position
- prior leadership experience from studies, professional roles, or engagement in student or voluntary organizations (considered an advantage)
- strong language skills, with fluency in both local language and English, spoken and written
We particularly value personal maturity and drive, strong business acumen, analytical ability, natural leadership qualities, and the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships.
What’s in it for you?
The Salix Management Program offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious graduates with an entrepreneurial spirit to fast-track their careers and prepare for future leadership roles within Salix Group.
What makes the Salix Management Program unique is the early opportunity to actively participate in executive management team meetings, board meetings, M&A processes, and Group Management activities.
